when EKRO adds a new property to its portfolio, you can review everything about it, and decide whether to opt in as an investor on that project. After that, EKRO GP assumes ALL responsibilities (and risks?); EKRO manages the property, improves the property, and eventually sells the property. You the investor receive monthly detailed progress reports and you receive dividends but you never have to lift a finger to run the property.


How EKRO makes money as General Partner
First, you receive your full target return (e.g., 15% annually). Then, we earn a percentage only on returns above that target. This means our success is tied directly to outperformance—the harder we work to maximize efficiency, accelerate timelines, and boost NOI, the more we both gain. No lazy investing, no misaligned fees. When the project wins, we all win.
